Michael Topolinski III, Michael Topolinski IV, Tyler Topolinski and Ashton Topolinski built InteRo Property Development from the ground up as a team. The Canadian born family moved to Bucharest, Romania in 2006 in search of real estate investments and noticed a large business opportunity, which sparked the flame for the hugely successful real estate company we know of today, InteRo.

CEO and Founder, Michael Topolinski III moved to Romania in 2006 and purchased more than 800 apartments as well as the 52,000 sqm Dacia Textila platform on Bucurestii Noi for €37 million. In 2012, Michael purchased the former Vulcan Platform of 78,000 sqm on Progresului street for €23 million and co-developed the Vulcan Value Retail Center. After selling his 50% of the Vulcan Value Retail Center in 2013, Michael purchased the former Aversa pump platform of 97,000 sqm on Ziduri Mosi, Obor.
SkyLight Residence is transforming the Obor neighborhood by honoring Aversa Pumps land plot and delivering a EUR 1 bln project.

MICHAEL TOPOLINSKI III

FOUNDER AND OWNER

With over 30 years of experience in real estate, development, and manufacturing, Michael moved to Romania in 2006 and purchased more than 800 apartments as well as the 52,000 sqm Dacia Textila platform on Bucurestii Noi for €37 million. In 2012, Michael purchased the former Vulcan Platform of 78,000 sqm on Progresului street for €23 million, and co-developed the Vulcan Value Retail Center. After selling his 50% of the Vulcan Value Retail Center in 2013, Michael purchased the former Aversa pump platform of 97,000 sqm on Ziduri Mosi, Obor.
In 2019 Michael launched InteRo with his children, focusing on developing real estate projects with beautiful design and innovation. InteRo now has five projects under development with a gross development value of €1.4 billion. Currently, Michael is spearheading the development of the Bucurestii Noi project and SkyLight Residence, with plans to acquire more large plots and help shape the landscape of Bucharest.

MICHAEL TOPOLINSKI IV

Partner and Head of Sales & Investor Relations

Michael Topolinski IV is a partner, minority owner and the Head of Sales & Investor Relations at InteRo Property Development. Michael leads the sales department and manages the relationships with investors. Michael believes in the mentality “1 Dream! 1 Team!” and that the team must be unified to meet sales team goals and for all members to develop further. In addition to sales and investor relations, Michael also manages the sales department at MetaWealth, InteRo’s Eastern European technology partner.

TYLER TOPOLINSKI

Partner and Head of Construction & Engineering

Tyler Topolinski is a partner, minority owner and the Head of Construction & Engineering at InteRo Property Development. Tyler leads and manages the construction & engineering department of the company ensuring all proper protocol and processes are implemented on-site and with his team. Tyler takes his job extremely serious as he truly cares about the quality of construction so residents can enjoy their homes in full comfort. In addition to running the construction department for all projects, Tyler also has permitting experience working side-by-side top architects in the city and leads innovation along with his siblings and business partners.

ASHTON TOPOLINSKI

Partner and Head of Marketing & Branding

Ashton Topolinski is a partner, minority owner and the Head of Marketing & Branding at InteRo Property Development. Ashton leads the marketing department and builds super stars. Ashton believes that becoming a winner at your craft depends on how willing you are to put the work in and go above and beyond expectations. In addition to marketing, Ashton also leads the branding of her family’s company and leads the implementation of sustainability and green designs that create a more healthy lifestyle for residents.

Corporate Social responsibility

InteRo Property Development cares about giving back to local neighborhoods and the Topolinski Family are active participants in the communities. As members of the United Way Alexis de Tocqueville Society, the family and other society members donate to United Way to purchase books, computers and other resources to improve the education of young underprivileged children.

Contribution to Local Development

SkyLight Residence is part of the District 2 City Hall Revitalization Project. It will contribute significantly to the local budget with:
RON 25 million

in annual taxes

RON 50 million

worth of new roads
(15,000 sqm of road expansion on Ziduri Mosi)

Creating Green Spaces

This iconic project includes the development of a 7,000 sqm public park, referred to as Central Park. Residents will enjoy easy access to:
  • Obor Park via the internal project pedestrian road
  • Outdoor sports and relaxation areas at Central Park
Additionally, SkyLight Residence is adjacent to the green space being developed as part of the “New Gara Obor” project, in partnership with the World Bank. The project will feature:
  • 35% green space (28,000 m2)
  • Earning BREEAM Excellent Certification for energy efficient design of residential and office buildings
